The Dwarsrivier Supplier Portal is the single, secure gateway through which our suppliers register, complete onboarding, and transact with Dwarsrivier and its operations.

Our purpose

We aim to make working with Dwarsrivier simple, transparent and compliant — from first registration through to purchase orders and payment. The portal replaces paper-based processes with a guided, auditable workflow that protects both our suppliers and our business.

What you can do here

• Register your company and complete a guided, step-by-step onboarding profile.
• Submit and maintain compliance documents — SARS Tax Clearance / PIN, B-BBEE certificate, company registration and banking confirmation.
• Capture ownership, banking, SHEQ and declaration information in one place, with automatic expiry tracking.
• Receive and respond to requests for quotation (RFQs), and track purchase orders and invoices.

Compliance & ethics

Dwarsrivier is committed to responsible sourcing, fair competition and zero tolerance for corruption. Personal information is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and suppliers are asked to confirm their commitment to ethical, human-rights-respecting and safe operations as part of onboarding.
